Welcome to our freshly renovated 3-bedroom house in Plaza de las Torres,  in the charming village of Los Canovas in the Murcian region of Spain. Our beautifully configured home is situated on one level and boasts a comfortable lounge, lovely terrace, and three bedrooms, providing ample space for up to six guests.

Originally built in 1920, this house has been recently renovated to offer modern amenities while still retaining its original charm. As you enter the house, you’ll immediately notice the attention to detail and the quality of the renovation work.

The spacious lounge area is the perfect place to relax with friends and family. From here, a hallway leads to two comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-size bed with an en-suite shower room, while the second bedroom has twin single beds. The third bedroom, which has a king-size bed, is located outside by the terrace, providing added privacy and seclusion from the rest of the house and also has an en-suite shower room. Each bedroom is designed with your comfort in mind and has ample storage space for your belongings.

The fully equipped kitchen is located after the bedrooms and comes complete with a hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer and dishwasher. You’ll find everything you need to prepare your favourite meals, including pots, pans, and utensils. From the kitchen, you can step out onto a lovely terrace that’s ideal for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a BBQ and glass of wine in the evening.

Plaza de las Torres is located in the heart of Los Canovas, a traditional village that is on the edge of the campo, or countryside. Although the village is small, it has a friendly atmosphere and is known for its natural surroundings and farmland. There are three shops in the village where you can purchase groceries and essentials, and there is one bar that serves delicious food including traditional Murcian tapas. The locals are welcoming and will make you feel right at home.

Los Canovas is an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area. You can take a short drive to the cities of Murcia (40 minutes) and Cartagena (30 minutes), which boasts a wealth of historical and cultural attractions.

We are just 25 minutes to the beautiful beaches of Puerto de Mazarron and Bolnuevo which is best known for it’s weather sculptured rock formations known as Las Gredas. You can also indulge in a variety of regional, national and international cuisines in the many restaurants the the port has to offer.

The region is also renowned for its outdoor activities, including hiking, cycling, and swimming. If you like recreational cycling, our house is situated just a short bike ride from the Via Verde which boasts almost 70km of off road tracks for you to enjoy with some stunning views over the surrounding landscape, making it an ideal base to explore the area on 2 wheels.

We take great pride in ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We provide fresh linens and towels, as well as toiletries, so you can feel right at home. For babies, we have a cot, high chair and baby bath. For older children, we have children’s books as well as family games. We’re always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
